• Hosting fees are payable on the 1st day or closest business day of every month and is due in advance. The contract period is for 12 months and 1 full calendar months notice must be given after the initial 12 months in order to terminate the contract.
• A completed direct debit form is the generally accepted method of payment. The appropriate documentation will be supplied and must be fax back to us in order to activate your account.
• Added to your first months hosting fees is a once of setup and administration cost of R100.00.
